Dubai launches shared digital channels initiative for unified government services

Dubai has launched the initiative of shared digital channels in collaboration with several government entities, creating a unified and user -centered digital government model.

The initiative aims to simplify access to services for residents, companies and visitors through integrated platforms.

The launch event was attended by Abdulla Mohammed al Basti, general secretary of the Executive Council of Dubai, and Hamad obaid al Mansoori, general director of Dubai, the Dubai Media Office (DMO) Informed.

Dubai government services to consolidate under seven specialized platforms

The initiative points to:
