The juice has become a well -being stop, with bright skin promises, rapid detoxification and an impulse of nutrients. But is it really good for you? Let’s talk about the real benefits and inconveniences of juices, especially when it comes to obtaining beautiful and brilliant skin. In my book Eat Beautiful, you will find a lot of information about the benefits of eating fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables to nourish the skin from the inside. Many people report the improved levels of skin, hair and energy after adding fresh juices to their routine, and research has shown that even a small daily portion of vegetable juice can help people fulfill their recommended vegetable intake.

What about the inconveniences?

Despite its benefits, juice is not the perfect solution. As mentioned above, a concern is the elimination of fiber during the juice process. Fiber is essential for digestive health, helping to regulate blood sugar and support a healthy intestinal microbiome. Without it, juices, especially fruit facts, can cause peaks in blood sugar, which can contribute to inflammation and skin problems over time.
