But healthy does not have to mean boring or soft; That is why I love to highlight the foods of heroes more full of nutrients of the season so you can change things every few months. Summer is a good time to add figs to your diet. They are full of fiber, so they rinse quickly through the system and help detoxify the skin, which means that they are a great option if it has psoriasis, acne or other skin conditions. They also add a touch of natural sweetness to the dishes, which makes a healthier alternative to processed sugars. Sold? Higuera salad

Well to detoxify the system, figs add a touch of natural sweetness, providing a healthier alternative to processed sugars, which can be harmful to their skin.

It serves 2
230 calories per portion

100g Burrata or Buffalo Mozzarella
2 fresh, careless figs
2 big fids of rocket
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Fresh basil, to serve

  1. Break the burrata or the mozzarella in pieces of the size of a bite and place it in a bowl with the figs. Add the rocket and mix well to make sure everything is distributed evenly.
  2. Watch at the last minute, spraying on olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a zigzag movement and dispersed with basil leaves to serve.
