How To Make The Healthiest Skin-Friendly Summer Smoothie

Grabbing outdoor salads and grilled grid healthy vegetables are perfect for lunch and dinner, but how about your day with a smoothie full of nutrients too? Eating with the stations not only supports the general health, but also offers a radiant complexion, thanks to the rich nutrients found in summer products. You will find a lot of seasonal fruits and vegetables that are beneficial for skin and general health in my book Eat Beautiful, and if you want to start now, this is how you can create a delicious soft summer inside out.

The ingredients and their benefits

Avocado: Loaded with monounsaturated fatty acids, avocado helps keep moist, flexible and protected from UV damage. Its antioxidants also protect against cell damage and reduce inflammation, so it is a true skin superfood.

Banana: Potassium rich, vitamins C, B6 and A, bananas support elasticity, hydration and skin repair. Its high fiber content helps download toxins, which can improve its complexion.

Cucumber: With 95% water content, cucumber is a hydration hero. It is full of antioxidants and silica, a mineral that supports collagen production, which helps keep firm and youthful skin.

Spinach: Vitamin C in spinach helps support collagen production, and protein is used to produce new skin tissues.

Strawberries: Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, fiber and fuel, which help cell regeneration and help prevent collagen decomposition, maintaining their fresh and plump skin.

Elements of a well -balanced shake

A great milkshake is not just about flavor, it is about balance. For a nutritious and friendly mixture with the skin, there are some key elements of a healthy shake that you should consult. Combine at least three different seasonal fruits for a spectrum of vitamins and antioxidants, add a healthy fat such as avocado or a tablespoon of nut butter to add creaminess and help your body absorb vitamins with fat problems. For the liquid base, use vegetable milk or coconut water for hydration and a taste impulse (sugar -free almond milk is excellent). Fruits such as bananas, figs and strawberries not only add sweetness but also increase fiber, help digestion and detoxification. Finally, you may want to think about adding a spoonful of protein powder to help help skin repair and feed your day.
