Canadian University Dubai Launches Doctor Of Business Administration Program

The Canadian University Dubai (CUD) has announced the launch of a Doctor of Business Administration program (DBA), to train senior executives to address complex leadership challenges through the completion of academic research and practical applications. The new program responds to the growing demand for professionals with advanced critical thinking and problem -solving skills, to help companies provide and respond to emerging global challenges. The program will allow professional students to raise their career with the doctoral qualification, which is the highest academic credential in the field of commercial practice.

Structured exclusively around three pillars, the program is different in its strategic alignment with the evolutionary challenges of the current commercial, regional and globally. The curriculum consists of advanced basic courses that emphasize both depth and innovation, from emerging technologies for business leaders to sustainability and strategic decision making. The structure is intentionally designed to sacrifice maximum flexibility for professionals working by juggling with demanding careers, leadership responsibilities and personal commitments.

Through courses such as the seminar on leadership dynamics and organizational behavior and management of dynamic business environments, the program equips executives to be the leaders of change. With 30 hours of credit dedicated to the dissertation, students are empowered to address real commercial challenges through original research, using academic writing skills developed through the program to communicate complex ideas with clarity and influence.
