Taaleem Named Among The World’s Best School Groups For Teacher Wellbeing, Leadership And Working Environment

Taaleem in the EAU has named today in the stage among the best school groups in the world for teachers to work. He obtained the status of certified group of the best school to work for his excellent leadership, work work and school culture, and commitment to well -being or his staff.

The best school program to work is the golden culture standard. Developed by T4 Education in collaboration with their community or with about 200,000 teachers and school leaders, it is an independent evidence -based mechanism to certify schools for their work culture, helping them to create Envernments to prosper. School groups can only reach the best status of the school certified group to work if approximately half or their schools are certified as the best school to work after scoring highly in a detailed survey of anonymous staff.

Once a school is part of the best school program to work, T4 Education sends all its teachers a detailed and anonymous survey to independently evaluate the school in four pillars:

1. Leadership: T4 Education examines the many factors that make great school leadership, from having a vision to communicate well and lead with the example to build a culture of trust and respect.
2. Collaboration: T4 Education analyzes not only in the teaching community of schools and their collaboration efforts to reflect, grow and share best practices together, but the broader ecosystem in school, including students, parents in general.

The answers given by all teachers to the different questions are wearing using an algorithm to produce a final score. Only the highest scoring schools achieve the certification under the best program to work and only groups that see more than half of their total number of certified schools can become the best school certified group to work.
