
UAE Employers Turn To BITS Pilani Dubai Campus For Future-Ready Talent

In a strong sign of the acquisition of changing talents, the employers based in the EAU are increasingly taking advantage of the new talent group on the Pilani Dubai Bits campus (BPDC), a trend that was in the full Dubia Campy Campy, recently held Fair Fair Fair Fair Fair Fair Fair Fair.
This year’s fair saw a record participation or 79 companies based in the EAU, which represent a 43.6% increase in the previous edition. The list included around 20 multinational corporations such as Alpin, Der, Schindler, Beiersdorf, Danway and Helpag, along with leading local conglomerates such as Shirawi Group, Emirates Post and Taulani Holdings. The high growth SME also contributed to the diverse mixture of recruiters, which reflects the interest of driving in the Eau commercial spectrum in the obtaining of fresh and locally qualified graduates.
Industry participation covered key growth sectors such as AI-IT engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Fintech, Sustainability Consulting, EPC and Consumer Assets. The solid participation not only underlines the strong bond of the BPDC academic industry, but also reaffirms its growing reputation as a pipe for professionals ready for the future.

The main guest, Dr. Bu Abdullah, president or investment group of BU Abdullah, added “Bitspilanidubai has a long stage of excellence, and today’s event reflects its commitment to train students with opportunities to shape their futures.”
The event was the first BPDC paperless race fair, aligning with its sustainability objectives. Around 1,800 digital applications were processed through a dedicated application, and recruiters marked more than 200 students as favorites, further validating the growing industry confidence in BPDC graduates.
As the EAU economy advances towards innovation and location, the Pilani Dubai Bits campus is quickly becoming a preferred destination for employers seeking agile talent, qualified and ready for the industry.
