2025 TCR World Tour season kicks off in Mexico

The 2025 Kumho Fia TCR World Tour season is scheduled to start in Mexico City at the Brothers Rodríguez this weekend this weekend

The event presents the three -run format that was last used in 2023 when the world tour visited Australia. This season, this format will be used again in three other events, in Spain, South Korea and Australia.

Several local teams have entered more than one driver by car, as they do in their national events. These teams must name in advance which pilot participates in the qualification and which driver competes in each race.

The TCR Mexico Pack is directed by the brothers Julio and Rodrigo Rejón, who together became the champions of the first victim of the series last year. Cupra VZ runs to the cars led by the Mothers team proraically.

Gerardo Nieto is expected to be his strongest competitor; He has won two of the three races in the first event of the season and will share the Re Motorsport Audi RS 3 LMS with Pablo Pérez de Lara and Horia Trian Chirigut.
