ETRC: Misano plays host to 2025 season-opener

The European Truck Race Championship FIA of 2025 begins in the Misano Simoncelli Misano Misano Circuit

All eyes will be in the battle of the title among the six times Norbert Kiss and Jochen Hahn champions. Both enter the season level in European titles, with the opportunity to become the seven -time first -time ETRC champion by the end of the year. Kiss has dominated recent campaigns, while Hahn’s consistency remains a force to take into account.

After a strong 2024 season in the Chrome class, José Eduardo Rodrigues approaches Titan, after having claimed two general victories last year. The Portuguese driver is expected to be a key challenger in the fight for the title.

René Reinert returns to the network, driving the winning truck of the Kiss title, adding more depth to the Titan field.

Ruppert Motorsport joins the championship for a debut in the full season. Several other teams also commit to complete campaigns, including Bradley Smith with Don’s Touch Racing and Stefan Kursch with the Kursch Kurscheid team. In Chrome, Johnathan André returns as a race entry by race in Misano at #66 Man for Lion Truck Racing.

The technical design of four kilometers of Misano long, with 12 shifts, along with the passionate fans who traditionally attend the Italian round of Goodyear Fia Etrc, provide an adequate place to open the season, with four races on Saturday and Sister Dayday. All the qualification and the Aciton race will be broadcast live through the official Youtube channel of Goodyear Fia Etrc.
