Sometimes I like to dream outfits for events that I hope to attend one day, and Wimbledon’s tennis championships in the All England Lawn Tennis Club are definitely on that list. I also have recent DMS gooths who request outflow ideas for the event, so I thought I would prepare a publication! Founded 148 years ago, Wimbledon is the world’s oldest tennis tournament. It is also widely consulting the most prestigious. The event takes place in Wimbledon, London, about seven miles from the city center. This year, the tournament begins on June 30 and extends for 14 days, ending on July 13.
From classic tennis looks and preppy styles to elegant dresses and fashion sets, I love to take a look at what everyone is wearing every year. For me, fashion is half of the fun of this iconic event. So, naturally, I could not resist assembling some ideas of Wimbledon outfits for anyone who is lucky enough to attend!
I chatted with some friends who have gone over the years, and shared some excellent tips on what to use Wimbledon. There is a lot for consultant, from the weather to the “clothing code” “, and today, I will cover everything!
Things to consider when planning a Wimbledon outfit
As I mentioned earlier, I am not lucky to attend Wimbledon (however, the fine crossed!). However, I have had several friends who have gone over the years, so I chose their brains about what to consult a Wimbledon outfit. This is what they shared!
Wimbledon attire clothing code
Is there a dress code for spectators in this event? Technically, no, there is no formal clothing code. In general, the event requires an “intelligent” attire. The only strict regulations are torn jeans, dirty coaches, sports shorts, vests or bags of more than 16 ″ x 12 ″ x 12 ″.
That said, Wimbledon is one of those historical sporting events where many attendees do dress up. It is not uncommon to see men with costumes, ties and women with elegant dresses and midi heels. Personally, I prefer to be in a great noise, and I think that one can show respect for sport, its traditions and athletes when dressing.
Verify the weather
Temperatures in Wimbledon generally vary from minimums in the 50s to maximum in the 70s. However, a year temperatures shot over 90, and another year they submerged at 40 bass. It can also be quite rainy that in summary the time of a long story, prepare with a Wimbledon outfit appropriate for the weather!
I suggest planning to use a third piece with all its appearance, in case the temperatures fall. In addition, spectators have a limited shadow, wait in parts of Center Court. Then, if you get a sunny day (yes!), Be sure to pack SPF, sunglasses and anything else you need to stay comfortable in heat.
Comfort dress
Public transport, walking and cycling are very encouraged by this event, since parking is extremely limited and many roads are closed. Even if you arrive by car or private taxi, the delivery points are so close to the land of the event, so you can expect to do some walk.
For this reason, I suggest maintaining the comfort of the mind by planning your Wimbledon outfit. Opt for comfortable shoes and clothing that is easy to move, you will be slippery you did!
All the white application of a Wimbledon outfit?
While players must use all white, spectators are not. Again, there are no strict rules of the clothing code applied for attendees, apart from some prohibited items, such as large bags and clothing with hate speech, inappropriate language, etc.
White, however, tends to be a very popular color choice among guests. I always consider that white is a great color for summer. Not only looks classic and elegant, but it also helps stay fresh. So it is not surprising that this tone is a staphylism in Wimbledon!
What to get to Wimbledon
Well, now in the fun part: What to use for Wimbledon! I will break down some of the outfits that I have had turning in my head for this iconic event. There is a bit of everything here, from looks that are a bit more exaggerated to outfits that feel effortlessly and easy.
A classic Wimbledon White Wimbledon suit

As I mentioned earlier, white is a popular color option for Wimbledon. If I had to go for this classic tone, my first Bew team is this impressive nightgown combined with chic thesis sandals (which I have and master in another color). To maintain simple things, I would add my favorite large pearl bolts and this wicker bag: I love it adapts well to the requirement of the bag size!
If the weather looked fresh, this flakes of linen would also pack. Not only would I keep hot, but also add a little interest to the appearance! Last but not least, I would add this hat. Hats are allowed, but only if they do not interrupt the view of other attendees!
An elegant set

The sets are always of mind for me, and recently I met this vest and gingham seersucker shorts, which would be a perfect Wimbledon outfit. While I love this exact set, I would actually combine the vest with this cemetery fabric skirt and these brown chocolate sandals. I love the slight variation in checks and materials, and I think the length of the vest would look wonderful with a more tight column -style skirt.
To complete the look, I would go with this minimalist bag of East-West Asa. And if it turns out to be a rainy day, I would make this trench of Gingham on my shoulders for a statement, editorial turn of the head A towards now, for the accessories, I would use thesis, this pair of earrings that I have and master and this bracelet that I use almost every day.
A Wimbledon outfit with a pop or color

Or of course, I had to share an example of a great Wimbledon outfit with a pop or color! When I saw this favorite midi dress traveled in green this year, I began to think about ways of designing it, and it would be perfect for this event!
I am a great admirer to combine sneakers with postures, especially when you know you will be walking a lot. This impressive dress would be incredible with green and white shoes thesis. To add a little more white to appearance, I would finish this Blanca Vintage style -style bag. I would also pack these classic sunglasses and this folding hand fan, there is no better way to overcome heat and look elegant!
An outstanding strip

This striped nightgown seems to be made for a tennis day! The colors are impressive, and I love details within the folds. While I would not use heels with everyone in Wimbledon, he would be afraid to use a low and low block environment. These sandals from the orange block heeled city combine perfectly with this dress and add a nice touch of color. To complete the appearance, I would keep the story of color and add this crochet summer bag. It would balance the brightest accessories with some neutral styles, such as these beautiful stallions and this practical but fashion visor!
Wimbledon sets will surely be an ace
If you are one of the lucky ladies found in Wimbledon someday, I hope that Atuend’s thesis ideas sacrifice some style inspiration. It is such a fun and iconic event, so take your time choosing the perfect appearance, and you will be so slippery that you did when you look back in the photos in the coming years!
