In IUHPE 2025, the ABU Dhabi Public Health Center (ADPHC) is showing a bold model and focused on the future for public health, one that goes from reactive care to a system based on prediction, prevention and early action.
Under the pillar of prediction, Abu Dhabi is leveraging genomics, data and AI to anticipate risks before they become a disease. Through their personalized precision medicine program, family members of cancer patients with hereditary mutations were proactively resulting in 207 people who received early detection and personalized monitoring care. The Emirate is also strengthening the preparation of the system through the Unified Medical Operations Command Center (UMOC), an AI platform that detects early outbreaks and coordinates real -time emergency responses in the public and private sectors.
