STP’s Dean DeLeo Celebrates New Project, One More Satellite

 

The pilot guitarist of the Dean Dean Dean Dean Dean Strong height nights On Wednesday (May 28) before the release of the debut album of his latest project, One More Satellite.

The new band presents Deloo to join with singer and composer Pete Handars. Listen to the complete conversation in the player near the end of this article.

“We with 2015,” Deléo told the host Chuck Armstrong.

“[My brother] Robert and I introduced Pete through Ross Halfin, a great photographer, and we just got it well. We made some recordings together in 2017, Robert, Pete, the great Brian Tichy on battery. ”

Deleo revealed that the Actuly group made a complete record in 2017, but have been sitting in it in recent years.

“I am doing everything I can to see daylight.”

The first song released from the last association with the shoulder through One More Satellite is called “Paper Over The Cracks” and there is no doubt that there is a bit of a touch of stone temple pilots.

“Look, I’ve been trying to get away from myself for three decades and it seems that I can’t do it,” said Delao.

“I think everyone has their own imprint and I’m simply doing mine and Pete doing their own.”

Why Dean Delan enjoys collaborating with other artists

Delegate is no stranger to work with other artists and create new bands. From helping to form pilots of the stone temple and then, years later, the army of any person, Dealeo is energized when surrounded by great musicians.

“Have the luxury of being in a band with my brother and Eric [Kretz] And Scott [Weiland] In the case, you are just as good as those around you, “he shared.

“And those guys make me sound quite well. I learned a lot [about] Song composition. Being affiliated with Robert, my brother, his knowledge of the chords is for the clouds, much more expansive than mine. I learned a lot about him in that regard. I surely learned from him a lot about how to get to play bass as you will listen to this album, I’m just doing my best Robert Dealeo. ”

Dealeo hastened to share his love for the music of which he was also part of Trip The Witch.

“Being affiliated with Tom Bukovac and the other musicians who were on that album, puts you in a place to really address things in one way: I always have this philosophy to simply allow the song to dictate what you are doing.

“Many times when I listened to a Tom song that would write to me and send me, or when I write a song, I, son of having a sound adventure in my head, how I express or record it.”
