Through sports, he developed teamwork, leadership, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, skills that later became valuable in his professional life.

During his college years, he joined the National Cadet Corps (NCC), a program known for discipline and leadership training, and Bhushan successfully completed the C Certificate, the highest level of certification. This experience strengthened his confidence, responsibility, and leadership mindset.
Academically, Bhushan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and an MBA in Sales and Marketing, combining analytical thinking with business strategy and communication skills. This balanced educational foundation helped him smoothly transition into the corporate world.

Beginning his professional journey in 2019, Bhushan focused on continuous learning and consistent improvement rather than quick results. Step by step, he earned trust, experience, and responsibility, eventually growing into the role of Senior Executive. Today, he is associated with Pride Global Tech, working from the Dubai branch, where he actively contributes to business operations and organizational growth.

Alongside his corporate career, Bhushan also manages his own business activities behind the scenes, reflecting his entrepreneurial mindset and long-term vision. He believes in building multiple paths for growth and creating value through smart work and dedication.
