Cape Town voted the ‘Best City in the World’

Mother City continues to shine after being named “the best cities in the world” annuals of Time Out. With innumerable attractions available, I share some of my new prominent aspects of Cape City.

Welfare: one and only spa

Have you ever found yourself looking at the stars, happy immense in a sense of escape? The One & Only of Cabo Cape increases that experience with a renovation without expenses of its spa, now that it covers the theme ‘Stardust’ and offers a star experience.

Start crossing a bridge on the channel in front of the sea to a private island, complete with all the expected island characteristics: attractive pools, lush vegetation and a large amount of exhaust vibrations, and then the spa. My best qualified treatment is the ‘Cape City’ essence, an exclusive African treatment that uses indigenous plants. It begins with a vigorizing marine salt, followed by an algae wrap, then by a scalp stimulating massage and a heated marine shell massage.

The previous and after treatment includes access to thermal suites (separate for men and women), with aroma rooms, saunas, bubbling vitality pools and cooling ice sources. The interior relaxation area sacrifices the sun lumbers and a selection of healthy or indulgent drinks and snacks (including the lovely Capsique Brut). Outside, the spa garden and the pool of the island around the island’s indulgence and the sensory splendor.

Dine: Rooi

As you are already on the fields of the resort, why not see the new star in the culinary scene of Cape Town? Rooi is the new tribute of ONE & One Soly restaurants to the cooked dishes in South African flames and the rich flavors of South African cuisine.

The trip begins in the wide and designed dining room with the arrival of the bubbling car. The following is an option of nine unique cocktails, each that represents a different province with native ingredients from that region. The extensive selection of aged lamb with grilled meals and a t-bone-bone of 800 grams are definitive highlights. From the barn with butter soaked in Biltong to the Saturday Live Band and the warm and attractive staff, Rooi is a must for both visitors and locals.

Estancia: Kyanos

Cabo Cabo has a large amount of cozy accommodations, so improve your stay with something really special. First among my new favorites is the new and impressive Kyanos. With a first beach location in the desirable strip of Cabo, it offers oceanic tranquility accompanied by Camps Bay Luxury.

Kyanos is a two bedroom apartment located on the fifth floor, with a theme of the ocean, complemented with surf boards, abstract marine works of art and gently wink shower flats. Each tone of coral and light blue accentuates the apartment, which includes three dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.

The glory of the crown of the apartment is undoubtedly the terrace, which offers captivating Atlantic views: we barely leave the couch, except for the casualties of letters in the ocean below. All Bay Camps restaurants are just two minutes on foot. We seem impressed by the exuberant interiors and seen to the beach from the Family Property Café, interested bicycles for a coastal trip with ascending cycles and enjoy the iconic tea that is served at the Hotel 12 Apostles.

The house is administered by the NOX Cape Real Estate Company, and as local experts, they provide a comprehensive janitoring service to organize everything for their stay in Cape Town, including reserves, storing its refrigerator before arriving or hiring a private chef. Days before arrival, a WhatsApp message offers all the information you need, with a team available to answer any question.

Estancia: Lobster Villa

Some streets in the prestigious Camps Bay, another new favorite is the extraordinary lobster villa, without a doubt one of the exclusive and perfectly located design villas from Cape Cabo. This family village has six rooms, three rooms and a bar, all that covers four levels, ultimately in cascade in the complete outdoor space with a terrace designed for entertainment, a garden and a 25 m pool!

Accommodation up to 14 guests, I invited three families with children to join me, and Lobster Villa proved to be a port for both adults and children. At any time, our group was extended by the four levels of lobster villa. The three sets of children, not familiar at first, quickly found a safe space in the town and as a laughing bubble, exploring endless spaces. With six rooms and several rooms, there was also a lot of space to retire when necessary.

A stay here comes with all the usual support of the NOX Cape and Languos de Villa team, which includes a host and two housewives that Magyaxy restored the villa perfectly every day while preparing sumptuous breakfasts. Both services were very welcome by the parents who were looking for a small relief. The bar refrigerator was full of courtesy sodas and wine at reasonable prices, toys were provided for children, saving the parents the discomfort of traveling with them, and the flowers arrived for the birthday of a guest … A large number of reflective touch that adds to make a big difference for our unforgettable stay.
