UAE weather: Mercury to hit 43ºC in some areas; fair to partly cloudy skies ahead

UAE weather conditions are expected to be fair in general and partly cloudy at times on Monday, as per the daily bulletin issued by the country’s National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

Humidity will increase by night and Tuesday morning over some coastal areas.

Winds will be light to moderate Southeasterly becoming Northwesterly and freshening at times northward and eastward causing blowing dust during daytime, with a speed between 10 and 25kmp reaching 40 Km/hr.

Temperatures are expected to reach a high of 40ºC in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and a low of 15ºC. Overall, UAE temperatures will range between 43ºC in coastal areas and the islands, and 10ºC over the mountains.

Residents in some areas in Abu Dhabi such as Gasyoura, Sweihan, and Mezaira can expect a temperature of up to 43ºC.

The sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight in Oman Sea.
