For a breath of the field air and a vision of the English history of English history, take a 15 -minute trip to Sureley Castle in Winchcombe. Walk through the steps of the queens while crossing the courtyards where Katherine Parr, Lady Jane Gray and Queen Isabel L once stepped on.
