Dubai Health Authority Successfully Conducts DHA Certified Hands-On Training On “Donation After Circulatory Death” Program – In Collaboration With International Experts

Dubai’s health authority, successful, performs certified practical training on the program “Donation after circulatory death” in collaboration with international experts

The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has successfully completed a two -day and two -day training program “Practical training certified by” donation after circulatory death “, held on May 13.Th And 14Th 2025, in collaboration with international experts from the Institute for Donation and Transplantation (DTI) Spain. The training focused on equipping participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to implement and optimize DCD protocols in clinical practice to enforce the implementation of recently published DHA standards for donation after circulatory death.

The DCD training program offered a comprehensive combination of theoretical education, simulation -based training, role -playing scenarios and real -life cases discussions.

The key themes included the best international practices for DCD, the role of multidisciplinary teams in the DCD process, the integration of the organization in the end of life and the clinical and logistic aspects of DCD.

To improve learning results, attendees organized themselves in small rotary groups, which allowed a personalized and practical experience and direct interaction with global experts.

All participants who completed the full course received completion certificates and obtained continuous medical education credits (CME).
