Spring cleaning is not just for your home. After a long winter season, your skin may also need a restart. At this time of the year, I like to pack my diet with many fresh green leafy vegetables to give my skin an impulse and in general, those salads are fine and truly on the menu. Greens are a good source of phytochemicals of struggle by age, so what you put on your dish is as important as what you apply to your face when it comes to your anti -aging regime. Rocket is one of the tastiest ways to add a green impulse to its food, so I thought about sharing one of my favorite rocket recipes from my book Eat Beautiful to Hish Phate for spring.

Herby rocket salad recipe
Ingredients
4 handful of rocket
Handful or baby spinach
Little handful of fresh parsley
Little handful of fresh coriander
Handle or fresh
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
20 g of Parmesan cheese, shaving
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
It serves 2 as a danh side
150 calories per portion
- Throw all green leaves and herbs in a bowl and mix to combine.
- To serve, sprinkle with sunflower and Parmesan seeds shaving and seen with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
